Who are you:
You’re experienced with producing and managing a small design team within the animation, graphic design or commercial industry. Working with a international client base. You’re comfortable jumping on client calls and keeping a tight schedule. You’re proactive and are able to manage your own time.

Tasks:
Project management
Client relations.
Project bidding.
Scoping.
Project scheduling.
Resourcing freelancers.
Quality control.
Keeping track of project milestones.
Flexibility (we have 1-2 weekly evening calls with international clients)
Strong communication skills in English.

Hours:
37 Hours a week

Advantages:
Prior experience at a design studio or agency.
Detail-oriented.
Knowledge in motion design (though not a must).

Its important that you are able to work independently and run your own projects as well as working in a team.
